Delete in the app

1. Open Profile → Delete account.
2. Review the consequences and type DELETE.
3. Select Delete permanently.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email, avatar, birth date, gender, preferences, saved stories, viewing progress, comments, episode access, login sessions and OTP records are erased from the active service when deletion succeeds. Signing up again creates a new account.

Retention and exceptions

Transaction identifiers, amounts, dates and coin-ledger records remain under a non-login account reference for accounting and payment reconciliation. These records are retained for eight financial years, or longer if required by a legal hold. Profile and payment SDK contact payloads are removed.

Managed database backup copies expire within 90 days. Restores must reapply deletion records before service resumes. Payment and SMS providers may have separate retention obligations; deletion requests to those providers require follow-up by our grievance officer.

Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund or cancel an external subscription.
