1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the mobile application teewee.app, operating under the brand Teewee ("App", "Service"), made available by Interact Group Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at [Registered Address] ("Company", "we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Payment Policy (which includes our No Refund Policy), each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the App.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and do not require any physical or digital signature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases on the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and that you are not barred from using the App under any applicable law.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features (including purchasing coins), you must register an account using your mobile number, email address, or a supported third-party sign-in (e.g. Google, Apple, Truecaller). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at [Support Email] of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, are inactive for an extended period, or are used in violation of these Terms.

4. Description of Service

Teewee is a micro-drama streaming application that offers short-form episodic video content ("Content") for entertainment purposes. Some Content is available free of charge; other Content (including premium episodes, early access, or exclusive series) may only be unlocked using in-app virtual coins ("Coins") as described in Section 5.

We do not guarantee that any specific title, series, or Content will remain available indefinitely. We may add, modify, or remove Content, features, or entire sections of the App at our discretion, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

5. Coins, Virtual Items & Payments

5.1 Nature of Coins. Coins are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access Content within the App. Coins are not currency, legal tender, a deposit, a security, or a store of value, hold no cash value outside the App, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, gifted, bartered, or transferred to any other user or account.

5.2 Purchase of Coins. Coins may be purchased in fixed denominations using the payment methods made available in the App (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, or app-store billing). All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as indicated at checkout, and GST is charged at the rate applicable to the supply at the time of purchase. 5.3 Use of Coins. Coins are deducted from your balance when you unlock Content. All Coin purchases are final. Once Content is unlocked using Coins, or once a successful payment for Coins has been made, that transaction is complete and the Coins/amount paid are non-refundable, except as expressly required under applicable Indian law. 5.4 Expiry & Forfeiture. COINS NOT USED WITHIN SIX[6] MONTHS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE WILL EXPIRE AND BE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED. NO REFUND OR COMPENSATION WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EXPIRED OR FORFEITED COINS. Unused Coins may also be forfeited without compensation if your account is terminated for breach of these Terms, or where required to comply with applicable law.

5.5 No Guarantee of Availability. We may change the price of Coins, the number of Coins required to unlock any Content, or discontinue the Coin system, at our discretion and with reasonable notice, without any obligation to compensate you for unused Coins other than as required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

You agree not to: (a) upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third party's rights; (b) impersonate any person or entity; (c) use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the App; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App; (e) circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Coin system, paywalls, or DRM/content-protection mechanisms; (f) engage in fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or exploit bugs to obtain free Coins; or (g) use the App for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section, without prior notice where urgency requires.

7. Intellectual Property

All Content, the Teewee name, logo, App design, software, and all related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Interact Group Private Limited and are protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right in the App or Content — only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view unlocked Content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, download (except through App-provided functionality), or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services & Payment Processors

Coin purchases and other payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and/or app-store billing systems (e.g. Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, UPI/card processors). We do not store your full card or bank details — these are handled directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partners. Your use of any third-party payment method is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or app-store platforms, though we will assist in good faith to resolve verified payment issues as described in our Payment Policy.

9. Term, Suspension & Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by writing to us at [Support Email].

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or as required by law. On termination for breach, any unused Coin balance may be forfeited, subject to applicable consumer protection law. Sections 5 (to the extent of amounts already earned), 7, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Interact Group Private Limited's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for Coins in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in this Section limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Interact Group Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to Section 13, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation, failing which it shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company, seated in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and conducted in English. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Section restricts your right to approach a consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, where applicable.

13. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days of receipt, as prescribed under applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal or regulatory requirements. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
